Excess fat in the neck area can be removed with laser liposuction and the jowl area can be corrected. While laser or vaser liposuction can be used to increase skin tightness, sometimes neck stretching and neck suspension with threads may be required.

The procedure can be performed under local anesthesia. A special chin brace should be used for 1-2 weeks after the chin liposuction procedure. Recovery is completely in 2 -3 weeks.
