After the extensive postbariatric surgery, it has been used frequently. Excessive fat in the back area and sagging skin are the main reasons. The most common procedure combined with this operation is breast aesthetics and waist-back liposuction.

In the operation, after the waist and back area are shaped with lioposuction, the excess skin in the back area is removed so that the scars remain under the bra. Thus, a very flat back and waist area is obtained.

A special corset is used for an average of 1 month. Complete recovery takes between 3-6 months. The scars decrease to an acceptable level after 1-1.5 years. This operation is one of the most important procedures in posterior area aesthetics.
